A Little About Me…
I’m Canadian 🇨🇦 ! (And American 🇺🇸)
I became a hang glider pilot at 15 AND it was my 55-yr old (at the time) dad who got me into it!
I got my Master’s in Cultural Studies and started my Ph.D. in Women’s Studies (until my advisor told me that, being neither queer nor a man-hater, nor a fan of University politics, I didn’t have much of a future.)
I wrote my first (unpublished) sci-fi novel at 17
I was born a Countess (until I married my husband - thanks Alan)
My dad was flying hang gliders, riding bikes, and kayaking until his death at 96
I own a home in Colorado and Costa Rica (Blue Zone, Baby!)
I’m currently learning to paraglide
I married at 50 for the first time (even though a previous boss said I was more likely to get hit by lightning 🥹. Eff YOU Doug!)
I literally COULD do underwater basket weaving. (My mom taught me how to weave baskets and was pretty renowned for it in her later years + scuba diving.)

My journey — from LinkedIn marketing and global stages to entrepreneurship and high-level coaching — has led me to this mission:

What I’ve learned …
My journey has been shaped by a blend of rich, results-driven experiences — from running a six-figure LinkedIn training and seven figure training and consulting firm, to pivoting into the software space as co-founder of Vengreso’s FlyMSG. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with incredible mentors, global leaders, and high-performing teams through my international speaking career.
In Vengreso’s early days as a digital sales transformation company, I had the privilege of partnering with Fortune 500 teams to sharpen their LinkedIn strategies — especially working with senior executives to help them align their personal brands with their skills, strengths, and future aspirations.
That work was a natural precursor to what I do now: empowering women to transition from corporate leadership to entrepreneurial ventures that reflect their purpose and values.
The women I work with — often in their 50s and beyond — are highly successful and driven, accustomed to excelling in structured environments that value logic, data, and external validation.
But in chasing achievement, many have lost connection to their inner knowing — that still, small voice that knows there is more.
Together, we reconnect them to that voice.
We build a focused business foundation rooted in clarity, purpose, and self-trust — without sacrificing the high standards they’ve always held for themselves.

why I do What I do …
I firmly believe that women’s words and wisdom will change the world.
As women, we recognize that our greater purpose — that deep calling — has the power to energize and inspire us every single day.
Together with my clients, we uncover what that calling is and create a focused plan to align life and work around it — so they move forward with flow, not resistance.
For me, this isn’t just a business — it’s my calling.
My mission is to ignite that spark, helping each woman I work with discover not only what she’s meant to do, but also who she’s meant to be.
Because when we align with our true purpose, we don’t just thrive — we lead, we influence, and we create lasting, meaningful impact.
When we reconnect with that deeper calling, every decision becomes intentional.
